General Conditions

The access and use of this web page attributes to the visitor the condition of the user. It implies that the user accepts the conditions of use in force at all times and agrees to make appropriate use of the contents of the website and to strictly observe and comply with what is provided in this notice and in the applicable regulations.

The terms and conditions below apply to the purchase orders submitted to Circonstance - From Waste to Useful online shop, www.circonstance.eu, referred to as our online shop. It covers the purchase agreements placed between Circonstance - From Waste to Useful and users. 

We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and for this reason we ask you to read it previous to every order you place in our online shop.  
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Prices

The prices in our online shop represent the total price (including 23% VAT) of the products, but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. 

We reserve the rights for change in prices. Although we try to make sure that all the prices are correct, technical faults can occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products that you have purchased, we will inform you and we will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the request will be considered canceled and full refunds will be made. 

We are not bound by any incorrect price information that the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and that may have emerged due to technical faults.

Payment

At the moment payment is possible in Euro (€) with credit card.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped with CTT from Portugal.

The shipping costs vary depending on destination and weight.

 

PORTUGAL : 

- hand delivery (Lisbon) : Free

- until 0,5kg : 3€

- from 0,5kg : 5€

EUROPE: 

- until 0,25kg : 6€

- from 0,25kg to 1kg : 8€

- from 1kg : 10€

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Deliveries in Europe take usually 7-8 working days.

Please note that the items are made to order, so please allow 8-10 more working days for manufacture. 

Small delays could occur, in this case, you would receive an e-mail to inform you.

Return

Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the product is damaged. In this case the customer may send : order number, date of the order, full name and pictures of the product by e-mail to ola@circonstance.eu within 10 calendar days from the date you received the item purchased through the online shop.

If a manufacturing defect is observed, we will offer to fix it.

We will cover return costs after having agreed on the method of shipment and reception of the invoice.

All items must be returned unused.

After reception, the item will be repaired within 8 working days and send back at the original delivery address.

Packages Returned and Undeliverable

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return damaged items.

Colors and Texture

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in the online shop reflect the accessories colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on – for example – your computer or phone screen, graphics card and the computer settings.
